Koula at Ward Village Overview

Location

Koula is planned for a site next to the Ward Entertainment Center on Auahi Street, where a group of warehouse buildings were recently demolished. The tower will have a mauka-makai (North-South) orientation, with the long side facing the soon to be developed Ward Village Central Plaza, which will be a 4-acre oasis of lawns, trees and flowing water features feeding from the natural springs in the area. A central gathering place with direct harbor & ocean views for Ward Village residents and visitors to enjoy.
